Bicycle Headset Press Tool with Removable Handle for Bottom Bracket Installation

Bicycle Headset and Bottom Bracket Press Tool This press tool is designed for installing bicycle headsets and press-in bottom brackets with precision and control. The CNC knurled surface provides a secure, slip-resistant grip, while the flat thrust design ensures even pressure distribution during installation. It is a versatile addition to any home workshop or professional mechanic's toolkit. Thoughtful Pressure Block Design The integrated pressure block serves a dual purpose. Its rear face is used to mount the press-in bottom bracket, while the recessed table helps reduce stress on the bearing during installation. To fit a push-in bottom bracket, simply rotate the press block to the opposite side, hold the tool steady with both hands, and apply slow, even pressure. Comfortable and Controlled Operation A high-thrust bearing with lubricated balls keeps the tool aligned and prevents it from going crooked under load. The labour-saving design means you can work steadily without excessive force. When pressing, check that the headset is not tilted, use an adjustable wrench to advance the tool step by step, and aim to install only one side at a time for the best result. Detachable Aluminium Handle The handle is machined from aluminium alloy with a fine thread and an anodised finish for a smooth, high-gloss appearance. Its detachable design makes the tool easier to store and handle, while the precision CNC turning ensures a reliable fit and comfortable grip during use.
