Tricolor hard wheat propellers 500 g

Iris Tricolor Helix Digo de Iris, durum wheat of 3 colors produced with special matrices that enhance the flavor and quality, some are also enriched with organic vegetables. Durum wheat semolina is made from a grain mix carefully chosen by us in each new harvest to guarantee a product with high nutritional value and an ideal cooking state. Durum wheat, used to produce 3-color durum wheat, is grown directly in the fields of the IRIS supply chain consisting of Italian farmers and peasants and also from the IRIS cooperative farm in Calvatone. All the work fully responds to the traditional methodology, pasta with cold drawing and bronze, to obtain a pleasantly rougher and porous pasta, ideal for absorbing and enhancing the sauces. Drying is carried out at low temperatures and long times, without damaging the precious content of the 3-color durum wheat lasagna. It is recommended to the consumer's taste. Cooking time 11 - 13 minutes. May contain traces of soy. Store in a cool, dry place. IT-BIO-006
