100% pure juniper berry oil. DESCRIPTION: Topical juniper treatment helps warm tired or aching muscles and relieve the symptoms of arthritis. When used in a diffuser, it purifies and improves concentration. Extraction method: steam distillation Plant part: berries Aroma: fresh, green and woody with a delicate, sweet aroma as it evaporates Fragrance family: green INGREDIENTS: 100% juniper berry oil (Juniperus communis HOW TO USE: In a vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner. Inhalations: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix in water. CONTRAINDICATIONS: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin. Not for children under 5 years of age. Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
