Routine dimensional and visual inspections are conducted on our CNC machining assembly line. Defective parts, including surface defects, are identified and removed promptly. The size, flux, and surface finish of each product are inspected at our factory. Every product is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system. A three-layer electroplating coating—bright nickel, protective nickel, and bottom nickel—is applied to the steel base to ensure hygienic plating quality. This coating delivers excellent uniform electrodeposition performance and high washability, minimizing residual dust and foreign particles while maintaining dimensional accuracy. It provides a glossy, rust-free, mirror-like surface with superior corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. No maintenance required; rust-free performance guaranteed. Multi-use premium epoxy-coated magnet. Color: Silver Material: Metal Package Contents: 1 × clothes tag remover Note: Light reflection and display settings may cause slight color variation between the image and the actual product. Measurement tolerance is ±1–3 cm. Slight dimensional variation may occur due to manual measurement.
