MOTOR CLOSED LOOP CONTROL(STABLE SPEED): In Hall mode, Hall signal is used to detect speed, and PID adjustment algorithm is used for closed loop control. In Hall free mode, the back electromotive force is used to detect the speed, and the PID adjustment algorithm is used for closed loop control. 3. MOTOR OPEN LOOP CONTROL: In Hall mode, use Hall signal to detect speed and perform open loop control (constant output drive PWM). In Hall free mode, use back electromotive force to detect speed and perform open loop control (constant output drive PWM). 4. MOTOR ACCELERATION AND DECELERATION CONTROL: During the process of starting, stopping, and changing the operating speed of the motor, the speed of the motor will be accurately controlled according to the user's requirements for slow start and slow stop, achieving smoothly starting, stopping, acceleration and deceleration of the motor, reducing the impact on transmission mechanical equipment, and preventing excessive starting current. 5. MOTOR BRAKING CONTROL: In Hall mode, reverse braking (regenerative braking) is used, and the driver quickly reverses the braking to achieve emergency braking effect. In Hall free mode, energy consumption braking is adopted, and the driver automatically controls the braking current to avoid damage to the motor and driver caused by excessive current. 6. MOTOR COMMUTATION CONTROL: The process of switching between forward and reverse directions of the motor. The driver first decelerates to below 10RPM according to the set acceleration and deceleration requirements before switching directions, ensuring smoothly and fast commutation. Frequent commutation will not cause damage to the driver or motor. 7. MOTOR OVERLOAD AND LOCKED ROTOR PROTECTION: In order to fully utilize the performance of the motor, the driver allows the motor to be overloaded to a certain extent. The overload protection value is determined based on the set rated current, effectively protecting the motor. 8. INTERNAL INTERFERENCE SUPPRESSION: In order to ensure the accuracy of motor circuit current measurement, the driving circuit and control circuit are coupled through interference attenuation and consumption, as well as transient interference suppression, effectively ensuring that the control circuit is not affected by the interference of the driving circuit.
