This accessory enhances stability when using a telephoto lens with a tripod. Install the lens and secure it to the tripod via the tripod socket located under the mount. Rotate the camera around the lens axis by loosening the rotation lock knob, allowing smooth switching between portrait and landscape orientations without adjusting the pan/tilt head. To open, turn the locking knob counterclockwise to align the mark with the dot, then pull the knob outward to release the loop. Place the lens into the open tripod ring, then adjust the position as needed. Loosen the locking knob to rotate the camera and lens assembly, enabling free transition between horizontal and vertical shooting angles. Once positioned, tighten the knob to secure. The tripod ring is compatible with ring tripod heads.
