1.Material: The dough rolling pins are all made of sapele wood, special treatment on the surface to avoid excessive moisture penetration. They are totally safe in use. 2.Cleaning & Maintenance: Smooth surface and the dough will not stick to the rolling pin. Both ends tapered are easy to clean. Simply rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. We have been coated with mineral oil before packaging, and we still recommend coating mineral or olive oil 1-2 times a month to make the wood grain more textured. 3.For a better experience: The surface is hand-polished 3 times. Even if natural wood knot, you can't feel any dents by hand. If rolling pin is only polished, it still has a little wood fibers. In order to avoid the problem, we apply mineral oil after each polishing and dry it. The mineral oil can be completely safe to come into contact with food. 4.Application: Easy to maneuver pizza dough, cookie, bread, fondant, pie and more.
