Beschrijving

Black wire connects to ground on the outboard; emergency kill switch with lanyard for all outboard motors. Many older outboard motors lack safety protection that stops the engine if the operator falls overboard. This essential safety device includes a lanyard that attaches to your wrist or clothing and will shut off the engine in the event of an accident. The switch is normally open circuit and closes when activated by pulling the lanyard; it can also be manually activated by pressing the red button. If there is no spark in your outboard's ignition system, the existing kill switch may be faulty or stuck in the off position and require replacement.
