Step 1: Remove the red cover at the end of the probe and turn on the tester. Step 2: Stick probes into the soil 3-5 inches Step 3: Adjust the position of the probes until the tester is fixed in the soil to be tested. Step 4: Read the data for humidity/pH/light level/temperature in the dial for approx. 10s. Push the switch on the back to pH or ?? place as needed.
