Solid Moldable Denture Putty

A solid denture putty formulated from polyurethane, supplied as three individual units (each approx. 3 × 1.5 × 1 cm, ~8 g). Requires activation by immersion in boiling water (>62°C) to reach a malleable, clay-like consistency. After ~1 minute, particles become semi-transparent — ready for precise shaping using a dental probe. Cools and hardens at room temperature (or faster under cold water), delivering a durable, gum-conforming fit. Ideal for customising denture appearance, stabilising fit, and creating lifelike tooth models. Surface can be refined post-moulding with fine sandpaper for smoothness and natural aesthetics.
