Gas tank filling: Inflating is generally done from top to bottom, from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to freeze the inflated tank in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before inflating. Warning: It is forbidden to operate by non-professionals, and it must be carried out under the relevant national safety standards. It is strictly forbidden to inflate MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas into flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks, and it must be carried out outdoors during the inflation process. Pressure release button: During the inflation process, the non-gaseous gas in the tank can be squeezed to the upper part of the gas tank and discharged through the pressure release button (for about 2 seconds before inflating). Note: When releasing pressure, the air valve must be closed, and the device of this product must be installed forward. The gas in multiple unused flat gas tanks can be collected into one gas tank through this valve to achieve the purpose of reuse. This valve can be used with cassette converters, MAPP converters, and other converters to achieve mutual inflation between gas tanks, regardless of orientation, and can be connected arbitrarily. The core part of the switch uses 58 copper, which is wear-resistant. The gas seal uses fluoroplastic O-rings, which are resistant to wear, chemicals, low temperatures, and high temperatures, and can be used normally at -20°C to 250°C. Double O-ring design for sealing—one to seal air and one to prevent air leakage. The gas cylinders can be different, but different types of gases should not be mixed with each other. Stick to the same type and use the same gas. The bottle that collects residual gas cannot be 100% full, nor can a newly purchased gas bottle be 100% full. There are two best methods: The first method: A simple and practical method—place the upper tank and the bottom tank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure, and connect them immediately after removing. The pressure of the cooling tank is low, and the pressure of the tank at normal temperature is high. The high-pressure tank inflates the low-pressure tank. The second method: If there is no refrigerator outdoors, connect the gas tank, turn off the switch, stop working, and then release the pressure five or six times. If you open it, it will continue to work. Pressure release does not guarantee a complete charge. If the pressure release fails, it will not work. Use pressure relief combined with shaking the air tank—rub your hands to heat them, hold the upper air tank (bottom of the air outlet pipe) with your hands, and keep shaking it back and forth to heat and shake, which increases the air pressure in the upper air tank. That air pressure combined with pressure relief causes it to charge naturally toward the low-pressure side. Giving the residual air bottle above a little exposure to the sun may also pressurize it, but do not expose it for too long.
